Have you seen the movie “Jab-we-met” ? Remember that dialogue – “mae apni favourite hoon ” I will not say I am that person but to a large extent I like myself a lot. I love my existence .. and my favourite thought is… “It is not very easy to be happy but we can be.” I understand that in this huge universe I am nothing but a fraction of a dot and I am special and can make this life special in small ways.

I have been extremely lucky enough to have been sailing through these years without huge mishaps. I have had small mishaps ..too many of them and I am certain I will have many more! I do pray everyday to thank almighty for them because they give me an identity. Major milestones in my life will be giving birth to two wonderful kids, and when one by one they left the nest. Rearing them while I slipped and managing to get up with loads of help from my dear husband has certainly been a happening journey, makes me what I am today!

Nearly 32 years back I was a young girl who opted to study Computer languages so I have remained computer savvy. As of now, with my son’s help I am learning to solve Sudoku puzzles and with my daughter I try and learn few dance moves!

I have lately discovered a passion and love of outdoors… walking through nature is a favorite occupation for me. I am a member of Youth Hostels Association of India (YHAI) and has been to few of its national treks to ChandarKhani, Khaliya Top, Har-ki-Dun, and few local treks in Chattisgarh.
